  • Geoffrey Gander (Executive Chairman)

    Geoffrey Gander

    Mr. Gander has extensive experience in the restructuring of public companies and joined the Board of EQX in 2006 with the specific role of reviewing the viability of its two biotechnology assets and assessing the overall future direction of the Company. He currently is responsible for the day to day operation of the Company after the decision to suspend mining operations in Indonesia. Mr. Gander holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Director of the ASX listed Jupiter Energy Limited (ASX: JPR) and Vector Resources Limited (ASX: VEC).

  • Solomon Majteles (Non-Executive Director)

    Mr Majteles graduated in law from the University of Western Australia and has been in private legal practice since 1972. He has over 34 years’ experience in business, corporate, property and commercial law and practice. He has also been a director of various private and ASX listed companies for more than 25 years. Mr Majteles is currently non executive Chairman of ASX listed company Metals Australia Limited and a non executive director of EQX. He is also an independent director of privately held companies Australasian Property Investments Pty Limited and Browel Investments Pty Ltd.

  • Scott Mison (Director / CFO and Co. Secretary)

    Scott Mison

    Mr Mison holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and Business Law, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia. Until recently, Mr Mison was an Associate Director of Capital Investment Partners Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm which delivered a comprehensive range of investment banking services including strategic capital raising, merger and acquisition and financial advisory services, primarily to small cap emerging listed companies. Mr Mison is also Company Secretary of the ASX listed Jupiter Energy Limited.
