OVERVIEW

The Company is currently evaluating its operations in Indonesia. On 18 September 2009, the Company lodged a Prospectus to raise approximately $1.65m (before costs) via a 1 for 1 Rights Issue. Funds raised will be used to assess its operations in Indonesia and evaluate other potential corporate opportunities.
